It actually has been a good 30 years - I've been lucky. I have a great family and we've had the opportunity to live in France and Thailand, so we've seen a good bit of the world. My older daughter (Amanda, 17) is a dancer, a junior in HS, and we've started to look at colleges. My younger daughter (Karina, 13), plays traveling soccer and reads insesently. Regina stopped working when we had kids, but she's a social worker by trade and now does as much yoga as she can fit in. I've moved from computer science programming to product management to marketing, so still making shit up as I go along! I still play basketball and tennis, plus travel a lot internationally for work. We're now in Naperville (about 45 minutes outside of Chicago) and I must say I really enjoy the midwest. |
